Il 22 dicembre 1960 a Buenos Aires si stabilì di costituire la Sezione Argentina. Il 9 agosto 1962 i membri fondatori approvarono lo Statuto e L'11 luglio 1963 la Sezione ebbe personalità giuridica con la Risoluzione n. 1289 del Ministero dell'Istruzione e Giustizia. I fondatori sono stati:

On 22nd December 1960 in Buenos Ayres it was decided to set up the Argentinian Chapter. On 9th August 1962 the founders approved the By-Laws and on 11 th July 1963 the Section became a legal entity by Resolution no. 1289 of the Ministry of Education and Justice. Its founders were:
